# Sign in

The Student Information System (SIS) uses your PSU Passport account to sign in. PSU Passport is the university's central user account. It has the same user name and password you use for other university systems.

## Sign in for the first time

1. Open <https://sis.psu.ac.th>.
2. Tap **Sign in with PSU Passport**.
3. Enter your PSU Passport user name and password on the university sign-in page.
4. The **Before you start** page opens. Read the agreement on the collection, use and disclosure of personal information.
5. Tick **I agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information in accordance with the purposes stated above.**
6. Tap **Accept and continue**. The [home page](/sis/manual/en/getting-started/home.md) opens.

The agreement page shows only the first time. After that, you go straight to the home page. You can read the agreement again in [About and terms](/sis/manual/en/settings/about-and-terms.md).

Other pages that open without signing in have a **Sign in** button at the top right. You can tap it to sign in too.

## Students with more than one campus

If you are listed at more than one campus, you choose a campus before you start.

1. Sign in with the steps above.
2. The **Select your campus** window opens. You cannot close it until you choose.
3. Tap the campus you want to use. The page reloads with that campus's data.

You can change campus later without signing in again. See [Change campus](/sis/manual/en/settings/campus.md).

## Language after you sign in

Each time you sign in, the website uses the language in your student record. Thai students see Thai. You can change it in [Language](/sis/manual/en/settings/language.md).

## How long you stay signed in

* You are signed out after 30 minutes without activity.
* You are always signed out 8 hours after you sign in.
* When you close the browser, you must sign in again.

When this happens, the page shows **For your security you were signed out. Sign in again to return to this page.** Tap **Sign in again** to continue.

## Sign out

1. Tap the round avatar at the top right (**My account**).
2. Tap **Sign out**.

You can also open the ☰ menu and tap **Sign out** at the bottom.

## If you cannot sign in

1. Open <https://sis.psu.ac.th/clear>. It clears the website's cookies and takes you back to the front page.
2. Tap **Sign in with PSU Passport** again.
